Ms. Herkemij is a Managing Director in the Chicago office of Infiniti Research. 

Since joining Infiniti Research, Ms. Herkemij has worked with clients in the technology, healthcare, professional services, food, and (heavy) manufacturing industries. 

Her work has focused on market entry strategies, customer intelligence, competitive benchmarking and strategic planning. 

Ms. Herkemij has over 15 years of experience in marketing and business development functions in the consumer goods and high tech industries in the United States, Europe and Asia. 

Ms. Herkemij did her graduate studies in Strategic Marketing and Business Planning at  the Netherlands Institute of Marketing and has a BBA from Nyenrode University

Mr. Shitikantha Chand

Director, Bangalore

Mr. Chand is a Director in the Bangalore office of Infiniti Research. 

Since co-founding Infiniti Research, Mr. Chand has worked with clients in the telecommunications, information technology, automotive, heavy manufacturing and professional services industries. 

His work has focused on market entry strategies, competitive benchmarking, strategic planning and business process outsourcing. 

Mr. Chand has over 14 years of experience in operations, business strategy and research. He has worked at Concio Corporation (Silicon Valley), IBM and HCL Corporation. 

Mr. Chand has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and graduated with a Bachelors of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Mr. Santhanam Mahesh

Director, London 

Mr. Mahesh is a Director in the London office of Infiniti Research.

He has over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, finance and strategy gained at leading companies including Lehman Brothers, HCL Corporation and Illinois Tool Works.

Since co-founding Infiniti Research, he has been responsible for revenue, profit and client satisfaction in all the global markets in which Infiniti does business.

Mr. Mahesh has an MBA from INSEAD (France) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Mangement from the Indian Institute of Management.

Mr. Faisal Ghaus

Director, Bangalore

Mr. Ghaus is a Director in the Bangalore office of Infiniti Research. 

Since joining Infiniti Research, Mr. Ghaus has worked with clients in the consumer goods, defense, automotive, heavy manufacturing and professional services industries. 

His work has focused on market entry strategies, competitive benchmarking, strategic planning and business process outsourcing. 

Mr. Ghaus has over 9 years of experience in consulting and research at leading organizations like Pricewaterhouse Coopers and IBM Business Consulting. 

Mr. Ghaus has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and graduated with a Bachelors of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
